HealthcareHire

Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

HealthcareHire (“HealthcareHire”, “we”, “us”) operates healthcarehire.co — a healthcare-only job board and candidate database serving India, the United States, and Canada. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and HealthcareHire and govern every use of the service, whether you browse without an account, apply to jobs as a healthcare professional, or hire through an employer workspace.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use HealthcareHire on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes it.

2. What HealthcareHire is — and is not

HealthcareHire is a venue: employers and recruiters publish job listings and search a database of healthcare-professional profiles; professionals publish profiles and apply to jobs. We are not an employment agency, staffing agency, or recruiter. We do not select, place, supply, or employ candidates, we do not act as any candidate’s agent, and we take no fee contingent on any hire or placement.

  • We never charge candidates — creating a profile and applying to jobs is free, always.
  • Employer pricing is flat and time-based — never a percentage of salary, never a success fee.
  • We do not verify that any hire happens and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for professional purposes.
  • One account holds one role — candidate or employer — as chosen at signup. An email address registered under one role cannot also hold the other.
  • Everything you submit must be true, accurate, and yours to submit — including qualifications, registration and license numbers, work history, job openings, and organization details. Misrepresenting a credential or an employer identity is a serious breach of these Terms.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.

4. For healthcare professionals (candidates)

When your profile reaches 70% completeness, it becomes searchable by employers. Search results show a masked card — your profession, specialization, experience, city, and skills — never your name, contact details, or resume. Employers on a paid plan can spend a credit to reveal your name, phone number, email, and resume; employers you apply to see them as part of your application. The Privacy Policy describes this in full, including how to stay out of search or leave entirely.
  • Applying to a job shares your profile, contact details, and resume with that employer, together with any note you write.
  • Credential fields (registration and license numbers) are optional and not verified by us — see section 10.
  • You may delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion is immediate and permanent (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what minimal records persist).

5. For employers and recruiters

Employer workspaces are for hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, nursing homes, recruitment firms, and independent recruiters hiring healthcare professionals. You warrant that every job you publish is a genuine, lawful opening you are authorized to recruit for, described accurately — including salary information where shown — and compliant with the employment and anti-discrimination laws of its jurisdiction. Recruiters may name the end employer or run a confidential search; a named client must be a real client engagement.

Candidate data license. Contact details and resumes you unlock or receive through applications are licensed to your workspace for one purpose only: recruiting for genuine roles handled by that workspace. You must not sell, publish, broker, or share them outside your workspace, bulk-export or scrape the database, add candidates to marketing lists, or retain their data after they ask you to delete it. Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension without refund.
  • Job posts are public: they appear in search results, on your public board if you enable it, and may be indexed by search engines.
  • We may hold new workspaces in a review state and may suspend workspaces that breach these Terms; suspended workspaces lose access to candidate data.
  • Charging any candidate any fee in connection with a role posted here is prohibited.

6. Plans, billing, and credits

  • Paid plans are billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — Dodo processes payment, applies and remits applicable taxes (GST, sales tax), and issues invoices under its own terms. Prices shown exclude taxes unless stated.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, after which published jobs pause and candidate search closes. Applicants you already received remain visible.
  • The Team plan is per-seat with a minimum of 3 seats; seat changes are prorated by Dodo. Team credits are a pooled workspace allowance and do not scale with seats.
  • Profile-unlock credits refresh monthly. Unused plan credits roll over — capped at one month’s allowance, valid 90 days, and forfeited if the subscription lapses. Purchased top-up packs are valid 90 days and survive plan changes. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • An unlocked candidate stays visible to your workspace for as long as your subscription is active — you are never charged twice for the same person.
  • If a payment fails you have a 7-day grace period before jobs pause. Plans marked sold out are genuinely capacity-limited; existing subscribers are never displaced.
  • We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download any part of the service, or circumvent rate limits, credit gating, or access controls;
  • Misrepresent an identity, credential, employer, or client;
  • Post discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, or fee-charging job listings;
  • Use candidate data for anything other than recruiting for your workspace (section 5);
  • Probe, overload, or test the security of the service without written permission;
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

8. Your content and our license

You own what you submit — profiles, resumes, job listings, reviews. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service: showing job posts publicly, showing masked profiles in search, revealing full profiles per section 4, and serving public employer boards.

Reviews you submit through the in-product review form may, after our moderation, be published on our marketing pages with your name, your role or organization line, and your rating. Editing a published review returns it to moderation; you can ask us to remove it at any time. Feedback about the product may be used without obligation.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, decline, edit visibility of, or remove content, and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and workspaces that breach these Terms or create risk for other users — with notice where practicable. Conduct that is unlawful or endangers candidates (credential fraud, data misuse, fee-charging) may result in immediate termination.

10. No verification — important disclaimer

Credential, registration, and license details on profiles are provided by candidates and are not verified by HealthcareHire. Employers are solely responsible for verifying identity, credentials, licensure, and fitness to practise before any hire — as their regulators require. Equally, we do not vet employers beyond the moderation described above; candidates should exercise normal caution, and should report any employer who requests money.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, that any role will be filled, or that any candidate or employer is suitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or, if you paid none, USD 100 or its local equivalent), and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

If you are an employer, you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your job listings, your treatment of candidates, or your use of candidate data in breach of section 5.

12. Changes, governing law, contact

  • We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the service or email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India — except where the law of your place of residence grants you non-waivable rights or venue.
